Once you sign up our service, we will send you all the forms you need to complete your listing and sales.  Feel free to email us if you need any real estate forms, and we'll email or fax the form to you. Click on any of the most common forms you need, and print or download them to your computer. All the forms are in .pdf format. Listing forms are different for each type of property and in each MLS.  Therefore, the forms are not listed here since it will create a lot of confusion.  Once your order is placed, our license agent will send you the correct forms.  The following forms are most common that you may find useful, feel free to down load them as you need.

Realmart Realty Listing Agreement Our own listing agreement in addition to MLS listing agreements.

Information About Brokerage Services CIS Form, for all buyers and sellers to acknoledge the realtor's role in the transaction

Seller's Disclosure  All sellers in NJ are required to furnish a Seller's Disclosure Notice to buyers. (Certain sellers are exempt, such as banks selling foreclosures. If you are reading this, chances are you are not exempt.) When you enter a contract, be sure to have the buyers sign and return a copy to you as proof that you gave it to them. This can protect you from future lawsuits.

Lead Paint Disclosure  An addendum that needs to accompany the Seller's Disclosure Notice for all homes built prior to 1978.

Residential Sales Contract  This is a standard residential sales contract form. It is also used to make offers and counter-offers. See our guide to Standard Contract Terms to learn what terms are typical in most contracts.

Residential Lease Contract  This is a standard residential lease contract form.
