New Home 2% Rebate

Major homebuilders always includ a 3% real estate commission into the price of new homes. Builders will NOT give any portion of that commission to a buyer without an agent. The buyer will be paying exactly the same for the home whether he has an agent or not. The salespeople for the builder will get same commission whether or not you have a Realtor.  Therefor if you are buying a new construction, you will be very smart to use us as your agent earn the 2% of our 3% commission as a rebate!
